VIRGINIA CONGRESS OF PARENTS AND TEACHERS

We are a local elementary school PTA that supports the school community by organizing activities to benefit the children, community, and teachers/staff. We put on the Family Movie night, Family Science Night, Hot Cocoa on the playground, popsicles on the playground, we reimburse teachers for materials they purchase, host monthly teacher's snack attack, host annual Back to School Breakfast, plan activities for Teacher Appreciation week, support the elementary school Basketball game, support the 6th grade graduation, and put together the school assembly, host the monthly Walk to School event, and pay for the school buses for grade level fiend trips.
