The Village of Love and Resistance (VOLAR) is a grassroots organization in East Baltimore dedicated to co-creating a cooperative community owned by Black and Brown people. Through land reclamation and community engagement, VOLAR is transforming the neighborhood into a space of empowerment and healing.
