Our Story

The Vietnamese American Initiative for Development, known as VietAID, was established in 1994 by dedicated community leaders in Dorchester. This initiative aims to alleviate poverty and enhance civic participation within the Vietnamese community of Fields Corner.

Impact

VietAID has made significant strides, with 90.5% of Au Co students graduating ready for kindergarten. The organization manages 123 affordable housing units, providing quality living for over 135 families.
