Our Story

Vietnam Animal Aid and Rescue, co-founded in 2013 by Catherine Besch, has transformed from an animal welfare organization into a dedicated animal rights advocate. The organization has established the first rescue shelter in central Vietnam, launched the first nonprofit veterinary clinic, and created the only farmed animal sanctuary in the country.

Impact

Since its inception, Vietnam Animal Aid has rescued, rehabilitated, and rehomed hundreds of animals while implementing community interventions to alleviate animal suffering.
