Victory Project-Based Academics & Competency (VPAC) began in 2004 as a grassroots initiative to support students seeking guidance. Over the years, it has transformed into a comprehensive K-12 school system, driven by the needs of students, families, and the community. In 2014, VPAC became an independent school, responding to the demand for quality education.
