Our Story
The Victory Neighborhood, nestled in the northwest corner of Minneapolis, is named after the beautiful Victory Memorial Drive, a parkway honoring Hennepin County soldiers who sacrificed their lives in World War I. This vibrant community is bounded by Dowling Avenue to the south, Memorial Parkway to the west, the Canadian Pacific railyards to the north, and Newton Avenue to the east.
