Over twenty years ago, founders established Victory Human Services to address the needs of historically disadvantaged communities of color. Frustrated by the lack of leadership opportunities for BIPOC, they created a unique agency that prioritizes high-quality services and advocacy for people with disabilities. Today, as the largest minority-led human service agency in Massachusetts, VHS continues to lead with a predominantly BIPOC leadership team.
Victory Human Services proudly serves over 650 clients and supports more than 500 caregivers, enabling vulnerable family members to live independently and thrive within their communities.
