Founded in 2021, Victims Empowerment Support Team (VEST) emerged in response to the alarming rise in domestic violence during the COVID-19 pandemic. With incidents increasing by over 200% in Solano and Sonoma Counties, VEST provides comprehensive support services to all victims, aiming to inspire and empower survivors through tailored programs.
