The Veterans Leadership Program (VLP) was established in 1982 by Vietnam Veterans dedicated to assisting their peers in navigating the challenging transition from military to civilian life. Over the years, VLP has expanded its reach, now serving over 8,000 Veterans annually across 30 counties in Pennsylvania, New York, and Ohio. The organization focuses on providing essential services that empower Veterans and their families to achieve self-sufficiency and financial sustainability.

Significant Impact on Lives

In 2023, VLP made a remarkable impact by assisting 1,753 Veterans with housing, 464 with career development, and 5,783 with wellness and supportive services. This demonstrates VLP's commitment to improving the lives of Veterans in the community.
