Our Story
Vermont CARES has been a beacon of hope since 1985, evolving from a grassroots HIV/AIDS service provider to a leading harm reduction organization in Vermont. The mission focuses on delivering life-saving services, education, and resources to those affected by HIV, Hepatitis C, and substance use.
Impact
With a commitment to community health, Vermont CARES has provided case management for over 160 individuals living with HIV, distributed over 6000 condoms, and reached more than 250 people through mobile harm reduction services across 29 towns.
