Our Story

Venture Forward, founded by the National Venture Capital Association, is dedicated to addressing the disparities in access and opportunity within the venture capital industry. By focusing on increasing the representation of women, people of color, and other underrepresented individuals, the organization aims to create a more inclusive ecosystem that fosters innovation and growth.

Impact

With over 580 full scholarships awarded through the VC University program and support for 265 emerging managers, Venture Forward is making significant strides in diversifying the venture capital landscape. The organization also publishes the VC Human Capital Survey to monitor progress in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
