The Varsity Leadership Academy (VLA) was established to connect community leaders with high school students, fostering self-confidence and leadership skills. Founded by Bobby Parks and Bishop Aaron Blake, VLA began with the Midlothian High School football team and has now expanded to over 10 schools, impacting more than 1,000 students.

VLA empowers students to become value-driven leaders, helping them belong, believe, and contribute positively to their communities. Through various outreach initiatives, the program has successfully reached over 1,000 students.
