Our Story

Valley Residential Services (VRS) is dedicated to providing individualized education and support in a safe, comfortable home environment. Serving adults with developmental disabilities and veterans in need of housing and rehabilitation, VRS fosters a compassionate community where everyone can thrive.

Impact

With a focus on family support, VRS has successfully provided parenting skills instruction to families involved with DCFS, Walla Walla Public Schools, and the Developmental Disabilities Administration. Currently, the Family Support program assists 35 families at a time.

Why Donate

With 92% of the agency budget allocated to direct services and staff wages, VRS relies on funding from governmental contracts. Due to recent budget cuts, an additional $40,000 is needed to continue supporting clients and staff effectively.
