For over 30 years, UrbanPromise has been a beacon of hope for Camden’s youth, fostering a supportive and educational community. Inspired by Dr. Tony Campolo, UrbanPromise was founded in 1993 to challenge young people to develop the skills necessary to achieve their dreams.

Engaging over 500 children and youth annually, UrbanPromise boasts a remarkable 92% graduation rate among high school students and youth employees, with 87% enrolling in college or vocational training.
