Urban Coders Guild is dedicated to providing computer science education and opportunities for youth from historically underserved communities. Founded in 2016, this organization aims to build a diverse tech ecosystem that fosters intergenerational wealth in Black and brown communities. Through free, project-based programs, Urban Coders Guild develops the next generation of tech talent in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Urban Coders Guild empowers students with essential skills in mobile app development, web development, game design, and cybersecurity. By Summer 2025, the goal is to deliver 120 hours of rigorous computer science instruction to 250 students, promoting equitable access and outcomes in tech education.
