Our Story

Since 1988, Upper Valley MEND has been a vital resource for individuals facing homelessness, hunger, and healthcare challenges in North Central Washington. Serving low- and moderate-income families, seniors, and those in crisis, MEND has become a cornerstone of community support, reaching approximately one-quarter of the local population each year.

Our Impact
