Our Story

Founded in 2001 by members of the Unitarian Universalist Society, UP ON TOP has dedicated itself to serving families in San Francisco's Western Addition neighborhood. With a mission to provide free childcare and support services, UP ON TOP has evolved over the years to offer year-round, tuition-free after-school and summer programs. These programs include academic assistance, enrichment opportunities, recreational activities, and family support services for TK-5th grade students and their low-income families.
