Unshattered was founded by Kelly Lyndgaard in 2016 to create a supportive community for women overcoming addiction. Inspired by personal journeys, including that of Emily, Unshattered focuses on providing job skills training, community support, and personal development opportunities. This holistic approach aims to break the cycle of addiction relapse and foster economic independence.

Impacting Lives and Communities

In just over 8 years, Unshattered has employed 29 women in recovery, achieving an impressive 94% sustained sobriety rate among its employees. The organization has successfully transitioned 100% of its employees out of transitional housing within 12 months, showcasing a significant positive economic impact on the community.
