Our Story

United Playaz is a dedicated violence prevention and youth development organization located in the heart of San Francisco’s SoMa district. For over 25 years, UP has provided a safe and nurturing environment for youth from diverse backgrounds, including Samoan, African-American, Latino, Asian, White, and multi-racial communities. The team at UP shares similar experiences with the youth they serve, fostering trust and understanding.
