United Liberia Inland Church Associates and Friends Inc (ULICAF) is dedicated to rebuilding Liberia after the devastating civil war and Ebola epidemic. The organization extends its reach beyond the Liberia International Christian College (LICC) to support communities, churches, and mission stations.
