Our Story

Founded in 1965, United Disabilities Services Foundation was inspired by a young girl named Anna, who was unable to attend a theater showing of Mary Poppins due to her wheelchair. Originally established as United Cerebral Palsy of Lancaster County, the organization rebranded in 2000 to reflect its expanded capabilities and commitment to serving seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities.
