Our Story

Founded in 2002 by Dr. Regina Young, United Congregations for Communities and Youth (UCCY) is dedicated to fostering faith-based involvement in social service delivery. With a mission to uplift local communities, UCCY has expanded its reach across the city and beyond, supporting over 223 ministries and grassroots organizations.

Impact

Since its inception, UCCY has positively impacted over 7,200 families through programs focused on gang prevention, parent empowerment, and community advocacy. Notably, 468 participants have completed their empowerment programs, earning high school diplomas, while over 9,800 youth have benefited from afterschool and summer initiatives.
