Our Story
United Community Health Center (UCHC) was established in 1984 as a response to the healthcare needs of Arizona's underserved populations. Originally part of the Rural Health Office at the University of Arizona, UCHC became an independent entity in 1986. Over the years, UCHC has expanded its services from the Continental Clinic to include the Arivaca Clinic and the Three Points Clinic, ensuring that primary healthcare is accessible to those who are underinsured or uninsured.
