Constructive Partnerships Unlimited, formerly known as the Cerebral Palsy Association of New York State, was founded in 1946 by dedicated parents advocating for their children with disabilities. Over the decades, it has transformed from a state association into a vital direct service provider, focusing on community-based living and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across New York City and the Hudson Valley.
