Our Story

What began in 1950 with a small group of parents seeking support for their children with cerebral palsy has evolved into one of the most far-reaching and successful providers of services to people with a wide range of disabilities on Long Island. UCP of Long Island is dedicated to creating a Life Without Limits for individuals with disabilities.

Impact

For over 70 years, UCP of Long Island has positively impacted the lives of children, adults, and families. Over 65% of those served have disabilities other than cerebral palsy, demonstrating a commitment to inclusivity.
