Our Story
Founded in 1949 by a group of dedicated parents, United Cerebral Palsy of Eastern Connecticut has been a beacon of hope for individuals with disabilities. This organization was established to create programs that foster inclusion and support for children and adults with Cerebral Palsy. Over the years, UCP has evolved, developing innovative methods and assistive technologies to ensure that individuals with disabilities can thrive in society. Today, UCP serves over 350 individuals and their families, providing essential services that promote independence and community engagement.
