Our Story

United 4 Social Change was founded by siblings Priten and Chandani Shah in 2013, driven by a shared vision of enhancing civic education. At a pivotal moment in their lives, they recognized the need for accessible civics education that empowers individuals to become active participants in democracy. What began as a platform for student engagement has transformed into a comprehensive initiative aimed at cultivating civic leaders across all ages and backgrounds.

Our Impact

Since its inception, United 4 Social Change has made significant strides in the realm of civic education. The organization has reached over 1 million students and teachers, providing essential resources to more than 3 million educators. Through annual summer workshops, over 500 middle-school students have developed vital leadership skills, and the organization has proudly published over 1,000 articles authored by students in its programs.
