Our Story

Officially formed in 2004, the Union of North American Vietnamese Student Associations (UNAVSA) emerged from the collaborative efforts of student leaders in Southern California and New England. Recognizing the need for a supportive network for Vietnamese youth, UNAVSA has grown to connect and empower young leaders across the United States and Canada. The inaugural conference in Boston brought together over 200 activists, laying the groundwork for a vibrant community dedicated to leadership development.
