Underhound Railroad was founded in 2009 by a passionate group of friends dedicated to rescuing innocent dogs from death row in Connecticut shelters. Over the years, the organization has expanded its reach to include rescue communities in Maine, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Utah, focusing on rural areas where shelters are overwhelmed with abandoned dogs.
