Our Story

The Underdog Railroad is a dedicated, volunteer-based nonprofit organization focused on rescuing dogs from overcrowded shelters. By transporting these animals to receiving shelters and rescues in areas with more capacity, the organization provides them with a second chance at life. Operating primarily in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Utah, Montana, and Wyoming, the Underdog Railroad is committed to making a difference for dogs in need.
