Our Story

Underdog Animal Rescue is a dedicated network of volunteers in the Bay Area, committed to saving the most vulnerable dogs in shelters and our community. This foster-based rescue focuses on giving a second chance to dogs that are medically or behaviorally in need, as well as those who have been overlooked for too long.
