Our Story

Founded by Andrey Liscovich, a former Silicon Valley executive, the Ukraine Defense Fund is dedicated to providing critical supplies to everyday heroes on the frontlines of Ukraine. After the Russian invasion, Liscovich returned to his homeland to support volunteer forces and facilitate the transfer of non-lethal technologies.
