Our Story
Five sisters united by one mission: to honor their mother, Tyanna Barre O’Brien, who lost her battle with breast cancer at the age of 48. Since 1999, the Tyanna Foundation has mobilized an army of volunteers to make breast cancer more manageable for patients and to reduce its prevalence. Through events like BreastFest, the foundation raises awareness and funds for local breast cancer research, education, and patient care.
