TWO RIVERS HEALTH CLINIC

Two Rivers Health Clinic was established October 1, 2015 to provide access to free quality medical care to uninsured residents of Effingham County, ages 18-64, at or below 150% of the current federal poverty guidelines. We focus on treating chronic illnesses such as high blood pressure, diabetes and obesity.
