Initially starting with a Chaplaincy program, it became clear that spiritual support alone was not enough. The organization focuses on changing mindsets and providing essential education and reentry assistance to help men reintegrate into society successfully.

With a remarkable 86% success rate, Turn-Key Outreach has transformed the lives of 218 men, significantly reducing recidivism and saving Fort Worth taxpayers approximately $46,000 annually per inmate.
