Transforming Lives Through Mental Health Support
Turning Point Community Programs (TPCP) was founded in 1976 by Sheila Boltz in Sacramento, California, with a vision to provide hope, respect, and support for individuals on their journey to recovery. Starting with Midtown Manor, a residential program for 40 individuals with psychiatric disabilities, TPCP has expanded its reach across Northern California, serving over 17,000 individuals annually. The organization focuses on best practices in mental health treatment and employs individuals in recovery to mentor others, fostering a community of support and empowerment.
Making a Lasting Impact
Each year, TPCP provides essential psychiatric services, advocacy, and support, helping individuals build resilience and achieve mental wellness.
Why Your Donation Matters
