Founded in 1988 by Isha Desselle, Turning Point Center began with a vision to provide shelter for elderly homeless individuals. After selling her house and investing her savings into a dilapidated apartment complex, Isha created a safe haven for those in need. Over the years, the organization has expanded its services to better support the community, focusing on individuals aged 50 and above.
