Founded in 1973 by dedicated parents, TURN Community Services began as Project TURN, aiming to enhance the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Starting with residential programs in Ogden and Bountiful, TURN has evolved to serve over 850 individuals across Utah, fostering independence and community integration.
