Our Story

In November 1992, professional truck driver Gary King initiated a unique program by reaching out to a grade school in Williams Bay, WI, to become pen-pals with students. This simple act of kindness blossomed into Trucker Buddy International, which now connects over 1,500 professional truckers with classrooms across the country, enriching the educational experiences of nearly 60,000 students each year.
