About Transitional Paths to Independent Living (TRPIL)

Founded in February 1990, Transitional Paths to Independent Living (TRPIL) began as the Tri-County Partnership for Independent Living. With a mission to affirm liberty and justice for all people with disabilities, TRPIL has dedicated itself to creating a service delivery system that empowers individuals to take control of their lives. Over the years, TRPIL has evolved, receiving both State and Federal funding to enhance its community impact.
