Triumphant Tails is an animal welfare organization committed to rescuing, training, rehabilitation, caring and placing of unwanted, homeless, sick and/or abused animals into new homes that will provide them with love, care and lifelong support. Provide veterinary care for dogs in local animal shelters that would not otherwise have access to veterinary care.
