Our Story

Founded in 1979 by Glen and Mildred Robbins Leet, Trickle Up began with a mission to support individuals living in extreme poverty. Starting with just ten participants in Dominica, the organization has grown to empower over 1.5 million people to create profitable businesses that provide for their families and communities.

Impact

Since its inception, Trickle Up has transformed over 2.4 million lives, with 485,000 participants actively engaged in its programs. Remarkably, 80% of participants report increased agency and decision-making power, achieving food security and savings goals.
