Established in 1968, Tri-Town Council began as a grassroots initiative to combat youth drug and alcohol abuse. Over the years, it has evolved to address the changing needs of the community while focusing on prevention and positive youth development. Collaborating with schools, parents, law enforcement, and local organizations, Tri-Town Council is dedicated to enhancing the social and emotional well-being of youth in Middleton, Topsfield, and Boxford.
