TRI-STATE MOUNTAIN BIKE RIDERS

TMBR's purpose is to raise public support, grants, and other funding for the purpose of allocating them to public land managers in order to fund new off-road cycling trail development on public lands, and maintenance thereof, to the extent consistent with IRC 501c3. Our geographic focus is the tri-state are of East Central Iowa, Northwest Illinois, and Southwest Wisconsin surrounding Dubuque, IA.
