Empowering Children and Families Since 1972

Since its inception, the Tri-County Council for Child Development has positively impacted the lives of over 40,000 children. Flowers Early Learning, a key initiative, currently serves 583 children from birth to five years old in Berrien, Cass, and Van Buren Counties. More than just a preschool, it offers comprehensive wrap-around services that ensure children and their families receive the support they need.

Making a Lasting Impact

Flowers Early Learning prepares children for kindergarten and future academic success while providing essential resources to families. Family Advocates connect families with community resources, ensuring children are up-to-date on medical and dental appointments.
