Our Story

Since 2001, Tri City Health Partnership has been dedicated to delivering quality medical care to residents of Central Kane County. As a proud member of the National Association of Free and Charitable Clinics and the Illinois Association of Free and Charitable Clinics, this nonprofit organization fosters a warm and inviting environment for patients. Operated by a tight-knit staff and dedicated volunteers, the clinic in St. Charles, IL, relies entirely on community support, as it does not receive any state or federal funding.
