Our Story

Tri-Cities Ministries began over 40 years ago as a response to the urgent needs of the community. The Bellmead Police Department reached out to local churches when citizens were committing crimes to meet their basic needs. In a spirit of collaboration, churches from Bellmead, Lacy Lakeview, and the Elm Mott/Chalk Bluff region pooled their benevolence funds to provide essential services such as food, gasoline, rent, utilities, and shelter. This initiative not only addressed immediate needs but also fostered fellowship among the churches.

Our Impact

Since receiving 501(C)(3) status in 2017, Tri-Cities Ministries has continued to bridge the gap for community members in need, aiming to heal communities and spread the Good News of Jesus Christ’s love.
