Founded in 2004 by Jon Swarthout, the Treasure Valley Institute for Children's Arts (TRICA) provides meaningful experiences in the arts for children in the Treasure Valley. Originally starting as 'Dance Rascals', TRICA has evolved into a multi-disciplinary arts education program that has positively impacted over 80,000 children and families.
