Our Story

Travelers Aid-Emergency Assistance Agency has been a cornerstone of support in the Sacramento community since 1896. Originally focused on Travelers Aid services, the agency evolved under the leadership of Mrs. Elnor F Tillson in 1978 to address the pressing needs of individuals and families in crisis. Today, under the guidance of Wanda F Williams, TAEAA is dedicated to assisting low and moderate-income earners, providing 24-hour crisis intervention to those facing homelessness or at risk of losing their homes.
