Our Story

The Trauma Intervention Program (TIP) of Treasure Valley, a chapter of the national organization founded in 1985, has been dedicated to providing emotional support and practical resources to survivors of traumatic incidents since its establishment in 2015. With 35 active volunteers, TIP responds 24/7 to assist those in need during their most difficult times.

Impact

TIP contributes over 60,000 hours of volunteer time annually, offering emotional first aid to survivors of tragedy. This vital support not only helps individuals but also lowers stress levels for emergency workers, enhancing community care.
